Position: Warehouse Assistant Picker/Packer
Location: Stoughton, Masseuses
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $18
Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Assistant Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Stocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Organizing warehouse space efficiently for optimal storage.
• Receiving, unloading, and properly placing incoming inventory items.
• Accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders (lifting of boxes involved).
• Conducting product inspections to identify defects and damages.
• Demonstrating proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Utilizing basic computer skills and literacy for inventory and order management.
• Assisting with invoicing, dispatching orders, and arranging freight bookings.
• Completing necessary paperwork to record measurements, weights, and product counts.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift boxes and perform warehouse tasks.
• Fluent command of English (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
• Ability to accurately complete forms and paperwork.
• Prior experience in warehousing or related fields is a plus.
