Chinese BBQ, or Chuanr (串儿) originated in the Xin Jiang and Inner Mongolia regions in northern China hundreds of years ago. Traditionally, meat and vegetables are doused in cumin and cooked over a charcoal grill. It has since populated the streets of most major cities in China.
Our food is cooked over a natural gas grill with volcano rocks in order to preserve the signature smokey flavor still present in China. Select dishes such as our tofu wraps feature our house sweet sauce which is made from fresh ingredients daily. Our seafood is cooked in roasted garlic overtop of our grill with diced bell peppers added on top as garnish.
