As the After-Sales service specialist, you will be responsible for:
1)Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
2)Treat all customers in a professional and courteous manner
3)Provide information about the products repaired, and services directly to customers
4)Troubleshoot and resolve product repair issues and concerns
5)Document and update customer records based on market interactions
6)Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, product repair and services
Our after-sales position requires the following:
1)Ability to work unsupervised
2)Experience in client-facing
3)be able to manage multiple tasks and projects
4)Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
5)Detail driven and proactive
