We are looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist that will also support some aspects of Sales.

Overview / Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all customer service duties that include but are not limited to: responding to phone & email inquiries, resolving customer complaints, order entry, invoicing, filing, filing dispute, misc. clerical tasks, some logistics, and provide support to the sales and marketing teams.

Must maintain a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and have great accountability to fulfill this position
Must be able to work in a fast pace working environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain all customer relationships
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Good problem solving and time management skills
Good working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Salary
$23 － $28 per hour DOE, plus bonus
