Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Produces offer letters for new hires and support with the onboarding process
Answers routine inquiries professionally, accurately, and completely, and refers non-routine inquiries to appropriate HR colleague
Participates in special projects as requested, and ensures all assigned tasks are completed timely
Performs daily HR administrative tasks such as employment verifications, background checks, reference checks, unemployment cases, and garnishment requests
Assists with managing any FMLA (Family and Medical Leave), Disability, or PFL cases with insurance brokers and employees
Creates and maintains job descriptions for all positions
Supports Performance Evaluations and Employment Engagement processes
Skills:
Effective oral and written communication both in Mandarin Chinese and English
Multi-tasker, fast learners, and ability to quickly adapt to changes
Stay in line with current policies, laws, and regulations on local, state, and federal level

Qualifications
1-2 years of HR experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong attention to detail
Strong organization
Proficient with Microsoft office or equivalent software
HRIS experience
Must be fully Vaccinated

3. 具备较强的学习能力,熟练使用office办公软件等;
4. 具有较强的沟通和抗压能力,高度责任感,执行力强,有一定的组织协调能力,有责任心,工作态度端正。
工作时间:一周五天9:00 AM-6:00PM,每周40小时
开始时薪:$17-$19/hr
必要合法工作,需要报税。
