Position: Part-time Front Desk Assistant
We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Flushing Main Street Dental Office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese, possess a valid work permit. While candidates with prior experience will be given preference, we welcome individuals without experience as we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Verify patient information and assist with necessary paperwork
Collaborate with the dentist to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese (additional language skills are a plus)
Possess a valid work permit
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Provide training if no experience
Working Hours:
Two days per week
