Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of office administration, including maintaining employee records, organizing files, and overseeing office supplies
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, assisting with interview scheduling, and coordinating new hire orientations
- Maintain employee schedules and assist with timekeeping systems
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR administration role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Proficient in using HRIS systems is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
