Roles & Responsibilities:
-E-Commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online sales platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing experience for customers.
-Shipping Coordination: Create, print, and manage shipping labels and schedule outbound freight, ensuring timely delivery of products.
-Inventory Oversight: Develop and manage a restock plan for inventory, utilizing advanced tracking methods to maintain optimal stock levels.
-Order Processing: Generate and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Manage the end-to-end process from order receipt to shipment.
-Shipment Tracking: Maintain vigilant tracking of all shipments, proactively addressing delays or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-System Management: Utilize our inventory system to its fullest potential, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
-Product Catalog Management: Take ownership of the product catalog, gaining an in-depth understanding of each product to enhance listings and customer knowledge.
-Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks, including scanning, filing, and copying. Manage phone communications with third parties to resolve various tasks.
-International Coordination: Communicate with overseas APAC teams during off hours (1-2 hours per week) to ensure seamless operations and maintain global relationships.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
-Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), able to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. Must be able to use advanced features such as formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Experience with inventory management and label printing software is highly regarded.
-Analytical Thinking: Possess strong analytic skills, able to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
-Responsibility: A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over your work, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
-Computer Literacy: Proficient in general computer usage, comfortable learning and utilizing various software and systems.Flexibility: Ability to accommodate communication with overseas teams during off-hours.
-Experience: Prior experience in an e-commerce or operations role is beneficial, experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role and using e-commerce tools and platforms is a plus.
