lease ends 8/31/2024, 2 roommates would vacate by then, and made the 2 rooms
available for new roommates to move in started on 9/1/2024. Should the rooms be

Total cost $4695, we are thinking the larger room $1345 per
month and smaller room $1075 per month, and the other 2 rooms have been taking
for one year pays $1100 and $1175, we could talk about and adjust how we divide
the whole $4695 by ourselves. Water is free, internet and gas and electricity
would be about $80-$100 per person per month. 1 month of your room rent as
security deposit which is refundable per your vacating. Need go through
application process, application fee $20. We are working on renting the rooms
by ourselves, no broker fee. There may be lease alteration cost of $350 for the
while unit.
Currently there are 2 roommates in the unit already. One is
colored American gentleman in his 60’s, engineer; one is Chinese female in
later 40’s, got used to be programmer, self-employed with online business now,
working from home. We have been through 1 year lease, always pay the rent on
time, we are in the process to try to persuade the leasing management that we
do not need a lease guarantee to save the guarantors service cost which may be $2000-$3000
per year for the whole unit, we do not know the decision yet.
