We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to assist with expanding Chery Group, lead our warehouse team, and enhance overall storage efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing warehouse operations, ensuring all logistic activities meet company standards, enhancing customer satisfaction , and reducing operational costs.
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate daily warehouse operations including but not limited to storage, inventory management, and order processing
*Implement and maintain safety operation standards to ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations
*Analyze warehouse operational data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
*Coordinate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and finance to ensure smooth supply chain operations
*Train and develop warehouse team to enhance capabilities and performance
Qualifications:
*Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
*Bilingual in English and Mandarin
*Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management
*Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software
*Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team setting
*Willingness to travel to out-of-state warehouse locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
