We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to assist with opening our new warehouse in North Highlands, California. The successful candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping and delivery times. The Warehouse Supervisor is able to lead a team and create a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
*Provide a safe and clean environment for warehouse employees by managing, organizing, and training warehouse employees
*Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general warehouse maintenance
*Responsible for inspecting products when the containers unload
*Daily warehouse yard management; formulate procedures to track and manage the flow of inventory
*Train all new warehouse employees
*Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse employees
Qualifications:
*2 + years of warehouse experience
*Proficiency with SAP, ERP, WMS systems
*Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
*Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
*Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
*Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety (preferred)
Salary: $21-$23, per hour
