Job description
We are seeking a Regional Manager for Solar Product Sales and Technical Promotion. Ideal candidates should have experience in sales, customer service, education, training, or HVAC. Candidates without this experience will also be considered based on their potential for growth. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Queens, Western Long Island, Brooklyn, or Staten Island.
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher; preference for candidates with a degree in a technical field.
Proficiency in computer use is a plus. Multi-tasking abilities and willingness to work hard are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
Paid training for the first 1-2 months at $16/hr. Training includes hands-on learning and guidance. After approximately one month, salary will be adjusted based on performance.
Upon successfully completing a business transaction independently, hourly rate will increase to $17/hr plus commission. Commission is uncapped and the hourly rate will continue to increase.
Estimated annual income is $130,000 to $150,000 or more.
The position allows for working from home most of the time with the requirement to maintain a work log. One weekday off per week.
