Administrative job
responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the
daily purchases in warehouse, invoice management; carrying out purchasing
receipt and inspection, and managing possible returns.
2. Daily maintenance
and repair liaison work for warehouse facilities and equipment; docking
maintenance process, registering equipment information, maintenance-related
invoice review
3. Daily record and
organize warehouse Vendor List, conduct supplier screening and price
negotiation
4. Responsible for
receiving visitors and checking the warehouse mailbox
5. Office material
sorting, quarterly inventory, purchase warehousing and material registration
6. Supervise daily
operations of warehouse cleaning and maintenance, responsible for company
hygiene supervision and inspection
7. Weekday lunch and
afternoon food & beverage reservation and meal pickup
8. Assist in arranging
warehouse dinners and office snack management
9. Warehouse Property
Liaison
10. Area insurance
update and insurance information docking
11. Warehouse
announcements and decorations layout
12. Inspection of
warehouse safety facilities, including inspection of fire extinguishers, PPE
and other safety supplies
Human Resources
Responsibilities:
13. Responsible for
warehouse worker recruitment and onboarding
14. Handle employee
entry, resignation, and transfer procedures
15. Responsible for
organizing and maintaining employee file management
16. Attendance
statistics and salary adjustment
17. Review billing and
reimbursement records
18. Employee
communication and training related work
19. Collection of
company documents, letters and packages
20. Assist in warehouse
operations and headquarters personnel and administrative work
21. Other
administrative and management work in the office
Requirement:
1. Be proficient in
using Microsoft office and Google office software
2. Good communication
skills in English, (Mandarin and Spanish are a plus) and willing to communicate
in depth with front-line employees
3. Have good team work,
communication and coordination skills.
4. Human resources
matters must be kept strictly confidential
5. Ability to handle
multiple tasks at the same time
6. Willing to accept
warehouse rotation work in the early stage of employment (understand the
personnel work of specific warehouses)
