Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is currently targeted at $48,000 to $55,000 annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus subject to performance.

Job Purpose: As an Executive Assistant at B Square Realty, this role is to directly support our CEO. You will play a pivotal part in our operations, ensuring seamless real estate transactions and efficient management of client relationships and team activities. In this role, you will be central to upholding and enhancing our reputation through your support of day-to-day operations, communication, and marketing efforts. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive support will empower our staff and agents to deliver exceptional service and results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage different aspects of transaction workflows, including document creation (electronic and paper), listing management, and deadline tracking.- Maintain client relations througheffective CRM systems (Sierra) management and regular communications, keep CRM correctly up to date.- Support team operations by organizing meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.-Coordinate and prepare for property showings and open houses and collect feedback.-Managing bills and invoicing, assisting with research and data entries where applicable.-Manage, prepare, and distribute marketing materials, and generate reports for internal and client use.-Manage phone communications and conduct follow-up calls and email communications.-Client care coordination efforts & related duties -Perform clerical functions such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.-Execute additional tasks as assigned to support team needs
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in the following majors but not limited to Business, Marketing, Finance, or Liberal Arts-Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required.-Strong communication skills, capable of effective communication across various platforms (e.g., in-person, phone, email, and video conferencing).-Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PDF editors, and Canva.-Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Wechat).-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive attitude.-Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.-Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a Must-Good energy and thorough follow up skills with clients to ensure a smooth client experience
