We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with expertise in business development to oversee the operations, sales, supply chain management, and overall performance of our branch. As Branch Manager, you will create an action plan that will increase the location's efficiency and profitability to exceed sales plans and expansion. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, an understanding of business operations, and the ability to drive growth and development.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee day-to-day operations of the business branch.
*Develop and execute plans to grow the business and increase sales.
*Improve existing operations and explore new opportunities for expansion.
*Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
*Create profit and loss reports for the CEO.
*Participate in regular meetings to report on branch performance.
*Plan, develop, or implement standard operating procedures (SOP)
*Responsible for overall maintenance, repair, and safety of the facility
*Monitor inventory levels of products or materials in the warehouse
*Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Branch Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership roles in a related industry.
*Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or related field preferred
*Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, and ERP systems
*Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
*Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making abilities.
*Experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
*Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred)
Pay: $75,000-$95,000
