Chery Industrial is in search of a proactive and resourceful administrative professional to assist the CEO with daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be organized and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence by organizing and filtering incoming messages effectively.
Handle incoming mail and oversee deliveries while maintaining an organized system for sorting.
Collaborate with the IT department to address and resolve employee concerns regarding computer systems, internet access, and telecommunications.
Assist in procurement processes and oversee the management of office supplies and service requests. Support management in planning and executing special events.
Retrieve reports from the company's ERP system and compile them for presentation to the CEO and finance manager.
Manage and organize calendars efficiently
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Willingness to travel as neededMinimum of 10 years of experience in office management, administrative or executive assistant roles.
Proficient in communication with a strong emphasis on both written and verbal skills.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
Proven ability to manage and excel in a high-volume work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
