Job Overview: The Office Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a real estate brokerage office while fostering strong relationships with clients, agents, and office staff. This role requires managing and maintaining positive agent-client relationships, handling communications, new agent recruitment efforts/activities and supporting the overall brokerage office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to manage office efficiency and agent satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Agent Relationship Management & Support:
· Act as the main point of contact for real estate agents, addressing their needs and concerns related to office resources, technology, and client interactions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction within the brokerage firm.
· Assist agents with listing processes, client presentations, and other real estate-related activities as required.
· Coordinate and manage new agent onboarding, providing them with office orientation, training, and resource allocation.
· Serve as a resource for agents to facilitate the smooth execution of real estate transactions.
· Plan and organize office events, including training sessions, agent meetings, client appreciation events, and networking functions
· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate leads for agents.
2. Office Operations:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the brokerage office, ensuring that office procedures are streamlined and efficient.
· Ensure all office equipment and technology, including CRM systems, are functioning and updated to meet the needs of the agents.
· Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and manage relationships with service providers (e.g., IT, marketing vendors).
· Serve as the office’s communication hub, ensuring agents are informed about office policies, market trends, and regulatory changes.
3. Recruitment of New Agents:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire new real estate agents for the brokerage.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential agent recruits by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging professional connections.
· Conduct interviews, screen potential candidates, and assess their alignment with the brokerage’s goals and values.
· Collaborate internally with Founders or their delegates to identify key talent gaps and determine recruitment needs based on market trends and office growth plans.
· Manage the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they receive proper training, tools, and resources to succeed within the brokerage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources and Real Estate or a related field is preferred, but not limited to other majors such as Business, Marketing, Finance, or Liberal Arts2-3 years or more of experience in office management, relationship management, or administrative roles or Real Estate agent experience within a real estate brokerage or sales environmentStrong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and agent-client dynamicsExcellent and superb communication skills, capable of effective communication, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple levels (agents, clients, vendors, leadership)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with real estate CRM toolsFamiliarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Wechat).Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive attitude.Experience in the real estate industry and Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a MUST

Compensation:
This position will be offered base annual compensation (based on the below outlined factors) and be eligible for a profit- sharing compensation split structure.
Compensation varies depending on a few factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
