Responsibilities & Duties
● Responding to phone & email inquiries
● Resolving customer complaints
● Order entry & invoicing
● Filing, filing dispute
● Misc. clerical tasks
● Some logistics and provide support to the Sales & Marketing teams
● Other duties as required to support team goals and objectives
Qualifications
● Eligibility to work in the United States
● Bilingual in English and Chinese
● Must sustain a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and have great accountability to fulfill this position
● Must be able to work in a fast pace working environment
● Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
● Ability to build and maintain all customer relationships
● Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
● Good problem solving and time management skills
● Good experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
● Capability to learn invoicing/order processing systems
● Previous experience in a sales support/customer service role or similar position is preferred
