Responsibilities
-Greeting and Welcome visitors upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
-Respond to visitors about general basic insurance inquiries.
-Handle phone calls using phone systems, and directories
-Respond emails and sorting daily emails and mails
-Support OUR agents with daily administrative works
-Maintain Workspace clean and neat
Qualifications
-Previous office experience preferred but not mandatory.
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn
