We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. This role is essential in supporting our logistics operations and requires proficiency in warehouse management systems and order picking processes.
Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for.Perform order picking and packing duties, preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications.Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities within the warehouse management system (WMS).Collaborate with the e-commerce team to fulfill online orders promptly and accurately.Monitor order status daily and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize order fulfillment delays and errors.Reconcile order data across our system and partner systems/platforms including but not limited to Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, and other online marketplaces to ensure order records are accurate.
Requirements
Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or similar warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping operations.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual English and Chinese is required.
