Liaise with Amazon VC Managers 对接亚马逊VC经理:Act as the primary contact for Amazon Vendor Central (VC) managers to address account-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.作为亚马逊Vendor Central（VC）经理的主要对接人，处理账户相关问题，解决问题并确保运营顺畅。 Customer Support 客户支持:Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding orders, product details, shipping, and returns.通过邮件、在线聊天及电话解答客户关于订单、产品详情、物流及退换货的疑问。 Account Health Maintenance 账户健康维护:Monitor and optimize Amazon account performance metrics (e.g., ODR, inventory health) to comply with Amazon’s policies.监控并优化亚马逊账户绩效指标（如订单缺陷率、库存健康度等），确保符合平台政策。 Reporting & Feedback 报告与反馈:Prepare weekly reports on customer issues and collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics) to improve service quality.定期提交客户问题报告，并与销售、物流等部门协作提升服务质量。 Qualifications 任职资格
Education & Experience 教育与经验:Bachelor’s degree in business, English, or related fields.本科及以上学历，商务、英语或相关专业优先。 1-2 years of experience in Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central support or e-commerce customer service.1-2年亚马逊Vendor Central/Seller Central支持或电商客服经验。 Skills & Abilities 技能要求:Bilingually 双语能力: Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal).中英文流利（书面及口语），可高效对接中美团队。 Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to handle urgent issues calmly.优秀的沟通能力与问题解决能力，能冷静处理突发问题。 Proficient in MS Office, Amazon Vendor Central tools, and basic data analysis.熟练使用Office办公软件、亚马逊Vendor Central工具及基础数据分析。 Preferred 优先条件:Familiarity with CANOPY products (e.g., outdoor equipment, home goods).熟悉CANOPY类产品（如户外用品、家居产品）。 Customer service certification (e.g., COPC) is a plus.持有客户服务认证（如COPC）优先。 We Offer 我们提供
