Job responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with the sales team and warehouse to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Facilitate customer communication and ensure that they are well-informed.
2. Managing the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution of products.
3. Monitoring and managing warranty orders, ensuring that warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Generate reports and analyze data on warranty orders to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
4. Generating UPS labels, LTL&3PL BOLs using appropriate software or online platforms. Managing the process of seeking compensation or reimbursement for losses or damages incurred during the transportation of goods, through thorough documentation, communication, and negotiation with carriers or insurers.
5. Monitor and track all freight-related expenses incurred through 3PL. Ensure effective management, analysis, and reporting of 3PL freight expenses, enabling informed decision-making and optimization of logistics operations.
