Job Description
* Respond to client inquiries via email, text, and phone calls
* Manage and coordinate therapists' schedules, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling client sessions
* Input new client information into our EHR system
* Perform other assigned administrative and marketing tasks
* This is a fully remote part-time position with the possibility of growing into a full-time role with benefits
Requirements
* Full bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
* Required work hours: Monday to Saturday, 3-6 PM (with the possibility of growing into a full-time position)
* Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
* Responsible and reliable communication skills
Hourly rate: $20/hr
