Job Description:
- Communicating via email with overseas , customers, customs broker, ocean carrier , trucking companies
- Checking import statuses , track & trace , and providing daily updates, pick up numbers
- Getting truck quotes (lcl/fcl) providing rates if require
- Freight cashier/release assistance
- Prepare/coordinate the necessary documentation for all ocean import activities
Job Requirement:
- Time management skills, team player, multi task
- Proficient in MS Office, compose letters, memos, emails, and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with supervisors, counterparties, and internal service providers
Experience:
- 1-2 years in Ocean Import Industry

Pay: $37,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
