Full Job Description
Handle import shipments from start to finish, including but not limited to sending arrival notices, shipments tracking, and releasing shipments.
Coordinating Customs clearance with Customs brokers, and/or Coordinating pickups and deliveries from Ports to Customer's door in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients on shipments schedules and other related matters as needed.
Problem-solving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years’ experience in Ocean freight with an NVOCC/Freight Forwarder is preferable but not required
Experienced with GoFreight system is a plus
Legal working status
Bilingual English and Cantonese (preferable)
Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook)
