A fast paced growing company is seeking experienced Freighter Forwarder operators,
minimum 5 years Air/Ocean ( prefer both) f reight f orward customer service experiences.
MUST Bilingual l anguages i n English & Mandarin. Authorized t o work i n t he States. Ability
to deal with customers directly and f ollow customer's SOP. Understand customer's needs
and t ake actions t o ensure t he needs are met. Coordinate with branch offices overseas t o
ensure consistent high quality customer i nteraction. Thorough knowledge of domestic
trucking i ncluding LTL, FTL and overweight cargo. Coordinate with vendors t o provide high
quality l ocal service, ensure f iles are closed i n a t imely manner and billed i n accordance
accurately. Manage high volume of emails, phone calls and provide t roubleshooting.
Thorough knowledge of customers' entry procedure. Communicate with carriers, t ruckers,
overseas and other related vendors and ensure i mport/export shipments delivered t imely.
Complete i nvoicing and billing process. Comply with all applicable regulations. Ability t o use
logic and reason t o i dentify t he strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
Responsible and detail oriented. Develop processes t hat make t he supply chain more
efficient and organized. Discretion i n handling confidential or sensitive i nformation.
