The house is located across from the Long Island STONY BROOK train station, near the north parking lot, at the back of 7 -Eleven, Green Tea restaurant & Northern Pastry. Near Ten89 noodle, Chinese groceries store. only two minutes walk behind the restaurant.
welcome quiet, clean students rented, only single rooms available. water, electricity, Internet all- inclusive, laundry, dryer, microwave oven, marble counter top kitchen.
All rooms have furniture inside such as bed frame, thin mattress, closet, desk and chair etc.
All prices are included all electricity, water, and FIOS wireless internet (300 mb upload n 300 mb download).
There is one toilet and bath or shower on each floor, total of 3.
Kitchen & counters on the first floor, you can prepare & cook food, basement has another counter to prepare food then cook on first floor.
Laundry washing n drying machine also available in basement.
We have surveillance camera system. Also 10/21 to 4/20 require $50/month heat surcharge for 6 months I can only understand Chinese .
