Supervisory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel is a must)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for timely and accurate import and maintenance of customer demand information;
2. Responsible for the formulation, update, approval and release of the shipping plan;
3. Responsible for formulating material procurement plan according to production plan;
4. Responsible for monitoring and urging suppliers to deliver on time and quantity, feedback, tracking and handling of delivery issues;
5. Responsible for the supplier's reimbursement and payment tracking;
6. Responsible for participating in the formulation and drafting of relevant standards;
7. Responsible for material shortage alarm processing;
