This restaurant has been on my list for a while now after passing by it multiple times and noticing the cute interior.
SERVICE: Outstanding. I wish I remembered the name of the server to give credit for his excellent service. My friend and I arrived exactly at the end of happy hour, and the server came by and asked if we wanted any cocktail specials before they were no longer honoring the special. This is one of the few places where I've experienced this. Other servers at other establishments would not have allowed us to order from the happy hour menu at all. We even mentioned the Yelp check in offer of free yucca fries, and asked if he needed to see our phones for the offer, and he trusted us without having to view it or question it. Our server was courteous and attentive the entire time.
FOOD: Huge portions for everything including the sides. My friend and I shared the 5-spice skirt steak with a side of rice and beans, which was enough to fill both of us. We also shared a side the Ma-Pao madu
