· manager the production orders between manufacturer and sales term,Daily communications with factory
· Handle shipping invoice to forwarder and shipping requested to customers and warehouse.
· Directly responsible with issuing purchase orders with overseas factories, tracking production and monitoring delivery status to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
· Create speciality invoice and make the payment
· Confirming production schedule and on time deliveries.
· Communicating customer specific needs to overseas suppliers.
· Insuring production details, packing instructions, vendor guide requirements accompany each overseas order placed.
· Ordering or instructing on how to order price tickets, hangers and other special labels for all orders with special instructions.
· Oversee all time-and-action calendars and production charts.
· Initiate and track samples and material requests and approvals. Responsible for follow-up on all product specifications, quality standards, lab dips, testing, sample deadlines, and deliveries. Advise manager of exceptions and best solutions.
· Follow up with factories for all pre-production, TOP, sales samples and customer samples.
· Responsible to ensure manufactured goods comply with customer’s vendor style guides
· Handle all the payment of CIT and check on work attendance
· Handle sales commission and employee salary
