We are an established international/language school in Midtown Manhattan. All students are adult learners. We are hiring ESL teachers.
Meanwhile, we are currently looking for an Academic Program Coordinator to help design, develop, and manage our ESL, TOEFL, and related courses.
Candidates must be knowledgeable regarding course development (writing a curriculum), including developing online training courses for faculty members (Intercultural competence, Structure of English, etc).
Additional job duties may include development of existing and new curricula, assisting with the student assessment procedures (including making updates/revisions to exiting procedures), and teacher observations. Teaching job may be included as well.
All applicants must have at least a Bachelor degree.
We prefer the candidates with:
- Prior English language curriculum developing experience (strongly preferred)
- Prior teaching experience
- Degree in ESL/EFL field (such as BA or MA TESOL, MEd English Education, Applied Linguistics, etc) (strongly preferred)
- Experience with accreditation process
Part time and full time candidates are both welcome.
