Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders through email and/or fax
2. Answer phone calls and assist customers with any questions they may have
3. Coordinate with the warehouse to assure all orders are being processed accordingly
4. Schedule deliveries
5. Process payments
Requirements:
1. High School diploma
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish is a plus.
4. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
5. Great customer service skills
