    Executive Administrative Assistant:


    Job Summary/ description:

    We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and managing the organization’s office operations and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up to date. We would like to work with you if you are love working with others and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization.


    Education and Experience:

    Associate's degree or higher

    3 Year of Personal Assistant experience


    Duties and responsibilities

    · Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.

    · Act as a liaison and provide support to the CEO. providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff.

    · Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes. Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff;

    · Administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, assisting, designing and producing reports, and presentations.

    · Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

    · Coordinate all Executive team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.

    · Manage all aspects of organization’s office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organization grows.


    Required Skills/Abilities:

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    · Ability to show sensitivity to confidential matters.

    · Ability to use good judgment and strong problem-solving skills.

    · Works well with others.

    · Exceptional attention to detail, keen organizations.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software;

    · Significant executive support experience.

    Staff Accountant:


    A Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records and tracking the organization’s assets, and other related financial activities through the preparation of a company’s financial reports and statements.


    Education and Experience:

    1 Years Accounting Experience in U.S. preferred.

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Required.


    Duties and responsibilities

    Monthly, quarterly and annual financials report to managementDevelop Annual BudgetsReview financial statements for accuracy and legal complianceEnter accounting related information into business logsInspect account books for efficiency and accuracyOrganize and update financial recordsRecommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenuePerform monthly bank settlementsPrepare documentation for external auditors

    Charter Tour Operator/ Hotel Department Operator/ Cruise Department Operator:


    This candidate will need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word & Excel; on-the-job training will be provided in additional software that will be used at the company.

    -Should be able to operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, phones, fax machine, copy machine.

    - Effective verbal and written communication.

    -Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of customer and organizational data, by adhering to the company’s information security policy.

    -Receive and respond to our sales teams’ inquiry via phone, email, and WeChat

    -Communicate with Business partners to check prices, purchase and modify orders, and manage itineraries for tours.

    - Carry out all reasonable requests by team leaders and managers and act as a team player with all levels of staff.

    - Perform other duties as needed.

    - Relevant working experience in tourism

    Tour leaders serve as professional guides of our company for the thousands of tourists and provide unscripted Guided Tours of the United States, Canada, and the East of popular cities and attractions. Tour leaders conduct tours for the public, private groups, and oversea study groups.

    Tour leaders organize the entire trip, arrange meeting times and places and coordinate with museums or drivers, as well as handle any issues that arise. Tour leaders will have to deal with both the attractions and customers. Think of yourself who travels with the tour to make sure everything runs perfectly, and everyone ends up happy.

    Tour leaders must translate hard facts about our company to engage people and produce unique guest experiences, promote events, and make our company brand more persuasive and valuable in the mind of our customers.

    Tour leaders require a flexible schedule and successful completion and passing of a rigorous training program is required. We are currently seeking candidates who are bilingual in Chinese, Spanish and Hindi and English.

    General Purpose:


    Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing programs to support organizational objectives.
