This is a great location and a 4 minute walk to the Grand Ave Newtown train station on the R/M line, and approximately 25 minutes to the city. Target and Queens Center Mall is a 6-10 minute walk away. Note that this apartment will come unfurnished and the furniture belongs to current tenant, and will be available the beginning of May .
