Legal Assistant/Client Manager ( OPT & H1B Sponsorship Available)
We are a reputable and fast-growing law firm currently seeking 1-2 Legal Assistants/Client Coordinator. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and client support to our legal team, including daily tasks of serving as a translator and language bridge for our non-Chinese speaking attorneys and assistants. We are looking for responsible candidates with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. While prior legal experience is preferred, we are open to training candidates without relevant experience.
We are willing to sponsor H1B visas for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
Driving
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with proficiency in Cantonese/Fuzhounese considered a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with others.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collect relevant case information and assist in case preparation.
Handle client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met.
Organize and coordinate client meetings and events.
Collaborate with team members to provide various administrative support as needed.
