is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal
Lines Insurance Supervisor. With our commitment to serving the minority market since
2012, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and support our growing
personal lines insurance department.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the personal lines insurance
department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer
service.
2. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of personal lines
insurance agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work
environment.
3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives,
while adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and
facilitate training and development programs for team members.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory
changes to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
6. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring timely and
effective resolutions.
7. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining
strong relationships and effectively communicating departmental updates.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with at least 1
years in a supervisory or managerial role.
2. Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products, including auto,
homeowners, and renters insurance.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate
and inspire a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage complex
insurance issues and optimize operational processes.
5. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving results in a fast-paced,
client-focused environment.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively
interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a
must.
