Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Handling customer service inquiries related to our technical and non-technical products via phone calls, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Providing exceptional account management to our clients, including proactive outreach and follow-ups, offering solutions, negotiating pricing, and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
Providing support technical products (training provided), specifically point of sales and payments-related hardware and software, to assist customers and provide expert guidance.
Participating in training sessions to expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with our products and services, ensuring you can provide the best support possible to our customers.
Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and engineering, to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Assist other teams with any customer facing related tasks
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in a customer success, account management, or technical support role, New graduate welcome.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and scenarios.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
