Responsibilities:
Familiarity with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
source and develop client referrals
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Manage automotive dealership clerical duties, including filing paperwork creating protocols for team members that drive efficiency and shipping documents
Qualifications
Experience in sales
Excellent communication skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Experience in automotive(preferred)
Requires/Salary:
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
$13.5 /Per Hour+Sales bouns(Commission)(Details will be discuss in interview)
3 month probation
