Position: Logistics Dept. － Import/Export Operator
Duties:
Inquiring and comparing rates from various shipping lines & airlines to get the most competitive cost.
Timely response on customers’ or agents’ inquiry.
Efficient and smooth handling of shipments － booking space/picking up/customs declaration/preparation of HBL,MBL draft, manifest, insurance, billing, input costs, track & trace events, and pre-alert to overseas agents.
Excellent customs service to meet the performance requirements agreed by customers .
Maintenance of strong working relationships with shipping lines, airlines, cartage companies and other service providers.
Timely settlement of account Receivable & Payable.
Coordinate with parent’s company to secure smooth handling of shipments.
Strict adherence to compliance standards(internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
