Rent is $1,600 a month (utilities included), and the lease would start October 1st for one year with the possibility of renewal. The deposit is $1,500, which is fully refundable upon move-out. There is plenty of parking in the area. The house is in a calm private community of residential area in Asana Neighborhood with clubhouse access. The house was built 2 years ago. You'll be the first person to rent the room.
