Related duties include:
1.
Customer account order management duties including reviewing
customer PO, generating sales orders in ERP system, creating invoices,
uploading ASN shipment information.
2.
Coordinate and communicate with oversea suppliers and shipping
parties including forwarders to ensure accurate and on-time shipment.
3.
Teamwork effectively with the internal resources to ensure all
areas of the sales process are planned and executed effectively.
4.
Manage assigned customer account base to ensure productive and
efficient growth.
5.
Other account manager and sales operation related duties
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree required.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, attention to details
4. Teamwork player that can work cross many internal functions as well as external customer engagement
5. Excellent logical thinking and problem solving skills
