IT Technician
Responsibilities
· Provides PC, network, server and telephone support to end-users at regional office and job site locations in person and by manning the help desk hotline
· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
· Ensuring electrical safety standards are met
· Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
· Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
· Conducting daily backup operations
· Managing technical documentation
· Operations and Support
Qualifications
· College diploma or university degree
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills
· Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 10, and Mac OS
· Valid Driver License and ability to drive to customer locations when required
Language
· Bilingual (Chinese or other language and English)
