The front desk position will support the day-to-day operations of the club’s front desk area, optimizing efficiency of the team and office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, team player who possesses strong customer service skills, loves the challenge of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, learns quickly on the job and works effectively with the ability to multitask.
Essential Duties:
· Great customers or visitors at the front desk area and response to requests
· Coordinating registration, daily lessons scheduling and handling records
· Answer and return phone calls and emails/messages in a timely and professional manner
· Take and process payments
· General facility maintenance
· Facilitating and coordinating between various events and programs
· Support other staffs and duties as assigned by the club supervisor
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Effective verbal and written communications skills
· Excellent organizational skill and has great attention to details
· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Applications.
· Bilingual in Chinese is preferred
Working Hours Shifts:
Need to be able to work during weekends.
Part time, hourly paid.
