    Responsibilities
    - Maintain inventory accuracy for all products located within the SF Bay Area warehouse, as well as for products stored in external facilities within the SF Bay Area.
    - Ensure the integrity of the physical inventory count of the in-house inventory via cycle counting, and reporting, including all pick and reserve slots for discrepancies and product/packaging integrity issues.
    - Monitoring product quantity and quality issues, monitoring and promptly resolving any logistics issues.
    - Performs quality checks around the warehouse, slow-moving and obsolete items via interaction with the warehouse, purchase, and. Performs recoup function.
    - Research causes of weight variances, receiving/put away/letdown issues, and damaged products in the slots from warehouse moves.
    - Confirm reserves are properly recorded and verify the count of each reserve pallet.
    - Initiate and document product transfer from the factory to the warehouse.
    - Coordinate will call orders when scheduled.
    - Run necessary reports from the Inventory/Warehouse Management System for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and product status updates.
    - Review standard management reports and research causes of inventory changes.
    - Provide daily floor support to Operations Supervisors regarding inventory-related issues.
    - Ensure inventory management complies with company policies and industry standards.
    - Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in storage and inventory management.
    - Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support inventory operations and company objectives.



    经验和资格
    - Must have a AA/As degree or equivalent
    - Bilingual in Chinese and English
    - Must be able to assume responsibilities with little or no supervision
    - Must have computer knowledge (Windows、Microsoft office and Google Workspace & WMS systems)
    - Must have knowledge of general office procedures
    - Must have good reading, interpersonal and communication skills
    - Able to work in a warehouse environment
    - Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
    - Must be able to submit to and pass a criminal background check
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
