We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Responsibilities
*Be able to read customer's rough sketches , lay-out and dimension to make a virtual kitchen cabinet design for customers with 2020 Design.
*Provide customers with product information, quotation and assist them to choose appropriate merchandise to purchase .
*Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
*Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
*Handle returns of merchandise.
*Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
*Build productive trust relationships with customers.
*Comply with inventory control procedures.
*Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers.
*Responsible for showroom display with mark price and product display.
Skill
*Experience of 2020 Design is preferred . ( Trainable)
*Familiar with kitchen and bath materials
*Knowledge of cabinet construction, installation.
*Proficient with computers including Microsoft word, excel and Google applications etc
*Bilingual English/Chinese.
*High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time. 9am to 5:30pm

Job Description
We are looking for an effective office clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
* Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
* Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
* Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
* Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
*Take minutes of meetings and dictations
*Assist in office management and organization procedures
*Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
Process inventory transfers
* Perform other office duties as assigned
Skills
* Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
*Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
*Working knowledge of office devices and processes
*A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
*Very good knowledge of MS Office
*Excellent communication skills
