房子是一個5b3b SFH, 二樓出租Master 1b1b private bath+walk in closet 或大房share bath (不包家具)
目前已有三名室友(including myself),都是很chill 的男生,喜歡打遊戲, 很安靜. 還有兩隻猫房間外面就有street and driveway parking, 多晚回家都不會找不到parking. 附近一公里內有680, 101. 二公里內有ranch99, H-Mart, Costco 非常方便
要求 (prefer長租9個月以上) or month by month:
-Single person, working professional/student
-Light cook OK
- No smoke/No drug/No Pet (已經有兩隻猫了, Sorry!)
-Clean & Neat (We take turn to clean the house weekly and hire housekeeping monthly or quarterly to keep the environment clean.)
-No overnight dishes or garbage in the common area
-Overnight guest must be one-day notice ahead
-Pay rent on time. Monthly rent & one month deposit
- We're all mature adult and please be respectful to each other.
- Must love cat ^_^
主房 $1600 + utilities (情侶 PM for info)
大房 $1200 + utilities
