Responsibilities:
- Assist a Top Producer & Office Manager with the day to day operations of the real estate sales team
between the agent and team
- Coordinate duties and responsibilities of the team
- Design, prepare and implement all aspects of marketing, including working with the social media team
- Coordinate inspections, appointments and meeting.
- Sign for, drop off and distribute mails and package.
- Research, price, and purchase office items and supplies
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to multi-task, patient and detailed oriented
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
