Job Description:
• Analyse company financial information and prepare financial reports including maintaining record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Accurately calculate unsecured personal property tax, profit and loss, depreciation and other information as necessary.
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, and project future revenue, expenses or to provide advice to Controller.
• Examine and analyse accounting records, bank statements and other financial information to generate financial reports including income statement, profit and loss, balance sheet, statement of cash flow, and budget analysis.
• Review accounts for discrepancies and perform General Ledger reconciliation.
• Perform audit, review, and compilation involving examination and confirmation of account balances, inventories, and selected transactions to ensure the integrity, validity, and reliability of financial information.
• Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Confer with company officials about financial and regulatory matters.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Problem solver and multitasker.
