Our company is seeking a purchaser to help support our fast-paced and growing business. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our product line and display approach, and a passion to makeup and skincare trend. The successful purchaser will be a reliable, detail-oriented, efficient team player who wants to work in a competitive industry where excellence, creativity and productivity are valued.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a full life cycle of product (order placement, production scheduling, import and QA).
- Booking import shipments/ back-up receiving inventory.
- Work closely with other teams to inspect merchandise upon receipt and point out imperfections.
- Ensure complete technical information for new items to software.
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in related fields (a plus)
- Bilingual in Chinese/Japanese (not a must but a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: From $3,500.00 per month
