Ontario海外仓招聘Account Specialist

EOS is a fast growing 3PL warehouse that provides storage, order fulfillment, and shipping services. The person in this position is responsible for any business matters involved with the accounts assigned to him/her and needs to be able to handle customer request proactively. The main responsibilities are as follows:


Fluently use the in-house warehouse management software. On job training will be provided.
Be able to follow shipping instructions or specific routing guides provided by the customer.
Monitor and ensure customer's daily orders or special projects are processed accurately and timely. This requires close communication between the warehouse crew and the customer.
Help manage returns and part orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve any issues that the customer brings to our attention.
Provide professional customer service whether over the phone or through email.
Person with prior work experience with e-commerce or traditional B2B businesses a plus.

Bilingual in English/Chinese a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Words/Outlook a plus.
Bachelor's degree a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
